What is the impact of your proteins on the environment?

Our preliminary Life Cycle Analysis indicates EVERY’s animal-free egg proteins require significantly less land, cause less water pollution, and generate fewer greenhouse gas emissions than animal-derived egg proteins. We are in the process of validating our LCA findings at our manufacturing site and look forward to sharing the results.
